2. The stone removal machine has soft connections on the inlet and outlet and the air duct. Once damaged, the instability of the air volume and pressure in the machine will affect the effect of the stone removal;
3. Pay attention to the size of the inclination angle of the sieve surface. If it is small, the stones are easy to climb. At the same time, more heavy wheat also climbs to the stone discharge opening. If the inclination of the sieve body is too large, the stones will be difficult to climb, and the stone discharge section is elongated. The stones will flow to the wheat outlet along with the wheat stream;
4. Long-term use of the sieve surface, the woven corrugated smoothed stones are easy to slip and roll on the sieve surface, difficult to take off, unable to climb or discharge, and easily flow to the wheat outlet with the material flow, which affects the effect of stone removal. At this time, the stone screen surface must be replaced.
