Rice mill supervision system and standard system need to be improved
The quality issues, safety issues, and component issues of rice mills all indicate that my country’s current grain machinery supervision is insufficient. Although after the promulgation of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion of Agricultural Mechanization", all localities have been committed to the construction of a grain machinery supervision system, but at present, the supervision system is not perfect, and the supervision work is tightly focused on the product quality of the whole machine. As far as rice mills are concerned, the current standard system only stays at the level of product technical standards. Such as the evaluation of the operating quality standards, safe operation standards, service quality standards, and product scrap standards of the rice mill in use are blank. The investigation found that the rice mill with the highest service life has been 14 years old. If the product service life is too long, the safety, energy consumption and performance of the product will be greatly reduced. Therefore, it is very necessary to establish a scrapping system for the rice mill.
