★ check whether the voltage and frequency comply with the provisions on the nameplate of the vibration motor; Check whether the upper and lower screen grids are installed in place and the combination of screen (screen) and wooden frame.

02 / no load commissioning

■ amplitude check:

★ the amplitude has been adjusted to 4 ± 0.5mm before leaving the factory;

★ the amplitude can be checked only during the operation of the stone remover.

★ the vibration angle relative to the inclination of the screen surface is generally 40 ± 5 °; Since the vibrating motor is bolted to the plates on both sides of the vibrating screen ship, and its included angle with the horizontal line is certain, the change of the vibrating angle is only related to the slope of the screen surface.

■ check the inclination of the stone removal screen surface:

★ generally 6.5-8.5 ° (depending on load and material type)

★ loosen the lock nut during adjustment, turn the handle to raise or lower the adjusting support, so as to adjust the inclination of the screen surface.

■ air volume regulation:

★ adjust the damper regulating valve until 50-90mm water column is displayed on the pressure gauge.

■ stone removal adjustment:

★ adjust the reverse blowing plate to the low position and tighten the regulating hand wheel of the reverse blowing plate.

03 / commissioning with materials

■ feeding:

★ adjust the damper control valve until the material appears "boiling" on the lower screen surface.

■ adjust the opening of the back blowing plate from the left and right sides until stones and individual grain particles flow out of the stone discharge port; the thickness of the material layer on the stone removal screen surface in front of the back blowing plate shall not be greater than 10-15mm. If the material layer is too thick, there will be problems in the separation of grain and stone.

■ check the distribution of materials in the feeder box:

If the material distribution is uneven, the conical port can be rotated during the work of the stone remover until the material distribution on the left and right sides is uniform. If the conical port is not adjusted to the desired material distribution effect, only the deflector in the feed inlet can be adjusted after stopping.

■ damper control valve (damper)

★ after opening: the air increases; the negative pressure increases; the materials on the upper screen surface increase and the materials on the lower screen surface decrease; the grain in the stone discharge opening decreases

★ after closing: the air decreases; the negative pressure decreases; the materials on the upper screen surface decrease, and the materials on the lower screen surface increase; the grain in the stone discharge opening increases

■ slope of screen surface

★ increase the slope: the materials on the upper and lower screen surfaces are reduced accordingly; the grain in the stone discharge opening is reduced accordingly

★ reduce slope: the materials on the upper and lower screen surfaces increase accordingly; the grain in the stone discharge opening increases accordingly

■ reverse blowing plate

★ open: the air convection decreases; the grain in the stone outlet increases

★ close: the air convection increases; the grain in the stone outlet decreases

■ note: this model of stone remover needs repeated tests to find the cooperation of various adjustment methods.
